A2 Ghee is not just an accompaniment, but a necessity (at least in Indian households). Being rich in Omega-3 and other nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, iron, and calcium, it is considered the purest of all foods. However, it seems absurd at times to replace dishes that ask for butter or vegetable oil with A2 Ghee. While consuming butter or vegetable oil is not necessarily bad for you (when eaten in moderation), ghee is the healthier option if you are to consume it every day.
